Drawing on Nasonville Dairy’s rich history of Wisconsin cheesemaking–a crafter of award-winning cheeses on the same site since 1885–we combined the expertise and passion for cheesemaking from two Wisconsin Master Cheesemakers and the freshest milk from our local dairy farms in northern Wisconsin to create an exclusive product line. Blue Marble™ Jack Cheese is the first of several traditional Wisconsin cheese varieties (also Cheddar and Feta) crafted with a new technique and secret blend of cultures at Nasonville Dairy by our Wisconsin Master Cheesemakers, to bring cheese lovers a unique style of blue cheese in a convenient, consumer-friendly form…available sliced, shredded or in chunks, loaves or prints.
This semi-soft cheese, with a Montery Jack body and texture, is beautifully marbled with blue veins woven through the white curd, creating a distinct, but mild blue cheese flavor in a form that is not possible with traditional blue cheeses.
Blue Marble™ Jack is an exceptional melting cheese…perfect in the convenient, interleaved, sliced form for use on sandwiches, burgers, and cheese breads–from foccacia to wraps. The shreds offer an ideal and delicious ingredient for gourmet pizzas, appetizers–buffalo wings, cheese spreads–cheesy potatoes, entrees and salads.
